While exact international shipping costs depend on final carton dimensions and gross weight, we offer transparent freight comparison charts to help you choose the most cost-effective option. If you have a preferred courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or freight forwarder, we can coordinate direct pickup—no need for us to handle international shipping charges.

3. Order Confirmation & Contract Signing
Once products and quantities are confirmed, we prepare a formal purchase contract outlining delivery timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities. Payment can be made securely through PayPal, PingPong, Taobao, or bank transfer.

4. Production Coordination & Monitoring
We place orders with the selected factory and closely monitor production progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines. Regular updates and pre-shipment inspections are conducted to guarantee product consistency.

5. Warehouse Handling & Preparation
Upon arrival at our warehouse, goods are inspected, photographed, and video-recorded for your approval. We then perform repacking, labeling, and volume optimization to minimize international shipping costs.

6. Final Measurement & Shipping Arrangement
After consolidation, we measure actual dimensions and weight to calculate precise international freight. You select your preferred shipping method and arrange payment accordingly. For clients using their own freight agents, we facilitate direct handover without charging shipping fees.

7. Shipping & Logistics Tracking
We organize shipment and provide full tracking information throughout the journey. You’ll receive real-time updates until your goods safely arrive at your destination.
